Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, label, and organize instruments and equipment received for calibration.
• Prepare instruments and accessories for calibration activities.
• Check instruments and accessories for visible damage or missing items and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and move instruments for delivery or collection as required.
• Maintain physical records, labels, checklists, and other operational documents.
• Coordinate with the Calibration and Operations teams.
• Follow company, laboratory, safety, and quality procedures.
• Perform other operational support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or an equivalent qualification.
• One to two years of experience in a laboratory, workshop, warehouse, technical, or operations environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle basic documentation, records, and checklists accurately.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
