Role overview
Sales Engineer role focused on growing sales of Riken Keiki gas detection and industrial safety solutions across the UAE and GCC.
The role covers technical sales, customer relationship management, business development, and recommending solutions based on customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets and industries.
- Generate leads through customer visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, system integrators, OEMs, and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare technical presentations, product demonstrations, quotations, and proposals.
- Follow up on opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Review RFQs, specifications, drawings, and technical documents and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
- Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Service, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth order execution.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer meetings, and business development activities.
