About the Role
Lead and manage the Fujairah Division of a marine calibration and technical services business.
Take end-to-end responsibility for divisional performance, including P&L management, business development, sales growth, customer relationships, operational excellence, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead divisional business performance, P&L, budgets, revenue targets, growth strategies, and continuous improvement.
- Develop business opportunities across marine, offshore, port, terminal, ship management, and maritime sectors.
- Oversee marine calibration and technical service planning and execution, resource utilization, project delivery, and operational standards.
- Manage budgets, profitability, commercial proposals, operational costs, and receivables support.
- Build relationships with offshore companies, port stakeholders, customers, and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, port requirements, customer standards, HSE policies, ISO 17025, and applicable calibration standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technician and support teams.
- Monitor KPIs, coordinate with Head Office and support departments, and report performance to the Managing Director.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
