Role Overview
Oversee support functions including warehouse operations, vehicle fleet management, employee housing, and general administrative support.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, safety and compliance, and continuous improvement across support service areas.

Team and Administrative Support
- Manage support staff schedules, shifts, performance, discipline, training, and onboarding.
- Respond to internal departments' logistical and service needs and ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, issuing, and storage of materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.
Fleet Management
- Supervise vehicle maintenance and readiness, accident reporting, insurance claims, and license or registration renewals.
- Monitor fuel usage and driver logs.
