Responsibilities
- Provide support and maintenance for CIAM platforms
- Customize, develop, install, configure, and support CIAM platforms
- Integrate CIAM solutions with Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and Digital Channels
- Manage incidents, production support, UAT, go live, and vendor coordination
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in CIAM/IAM support roles
- Hands on experience with IBM ISAM, IBM Verify, Tivoli Identity & Access Management solutions
- Expertise in Customization, Development, Installation, Configuration, and Support of CIAM platforms
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Authentication & Authorization, Directory Services, SSO, MFA, OAuth, JWT, SAML, API Security
- Experience integrating CIAM solutions with Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and Digital Channels
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, HTML, CSS
- Experience in incident management, production support, UAT, go live, and vendor coordination
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience preferred
