- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve an annual Gross Profit target of AED 2.5 million
- Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise and government customers across the UAE/GCC
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Managers, and Procurement teams
- Promote and sell end to end IT Infrastructure and Cloud solutions including servers, storage, networking, HCI, virtualization, backup, cloud, and cybersecurity
- Collaborate with pre sales and technical teams to design customer specific solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while maintaining target profitability
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solution Sales
- Proven experience selling enterprise solutions from leading vendors such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, VMware, etc.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and Gross Profit targets
- Strong understanding of Data Center Infrastructure, Enterprise Storage & Compute, Virtualization, Hybrid & Public Cloud, etc.
- Experience managing enterprise and government accounts within the UAE or GCC market
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results driven IT Infrastructure & Cloud Sales Specialist to drive new business development and manage key enterprise accounts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solution selling to contract negotiation and account management—while achieving a minimum annual Gross Profit (GP) target of AED 2.5 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve an annual Gross Profit (GP) target of AED 2.5 million.
- Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise and government customers across the UAE/GCC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Managers, and Procurement teams.
- Promote and sell end to end IT Infrastructure and Cloud solutions, including Servers, Storage, Networking, Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), Virtualization, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), and Cybersecurity Solutions.
- Collaborate with pre sales and technical teams to design customer specific solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while maintaining target profitability.
- Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing, deal registrations, certifications, and project support.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Manage post sales customer relationships to drive renewals, upgrades, cross selling, and long term account growth.
Required Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solution Sales.
- Proven experience selling enterprise solutions from leading vendors such as Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat / OpenShift, Nutanix, Veeam, or equivalent technologies.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and Gross Profit targets.
- Strong understanding of Data Center Infrastructure, Enterprise Storage & Compute, Virtualization, Hybrid & Public Cloud, Disaster Recovery & Backup, Enterprise Networking, and Cybersecurity Solutions.
- Experience managing enterprise and government accounts within the UAE or GCC market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant vendor certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, AWS, Azure, Dell Technologies, HPE, or Red Hat will be an added advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
