Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 8-12 years of experience to configure Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and other modules, manage security roles, perform data migration, and troubleshoot technical issues.

- Configure Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Comp, Self services, Performance, Learning, and Recruitment modules
- Define and manage security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies
- Perform data migration and conversions using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance
- Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure defect resolution
- Work on HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST APIs, and OIC
Requirements
- 8 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Strong experience across major Fusion HCM modules
- Understanding of global/local HR compliance, payroll rules, and security
- Hands on with HCM Extracts and integration mapping
- Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks
- Experience working on multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop leading skills
