Support Engineer

We're seeking a Support Engineer who is enthusiastic about driving customer satisfaction and engagement with our innovative products.

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be expected to:
- Capable of reading and writing code in Java and C#.
- A dedicated problem solver, adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledgeable in IT infrastructure, network systems, and software applications.
- Experienced in providing top-tier customer support and technical guidance.
- A strong communicator, able to articulate solutions effectively to non-technical users.
- Committed to enhancing user experiences through excellent service and support.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction.
