Copilot Support Specialist:

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• · Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft Copilot users.
• · Troubleshoot login, access, and application availability issues.
• · Assist users with basic Copilot features and usage questions.
• · Document incidents and resolutions.
• · Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead.
• · Maintain FAQs and user guides.

Requirements

• · 1-3 years of IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Technical Support experience.
• · Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• · Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• · Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
• · Willingness to learn Microsoft Copilot technologies.
