Job Purpose

Design, direct, and implement Supply department policies, processes, and procedures.

Use analytics, new technologies, and industry best practices to support department and corporate objectives and strategic direction.

Key Job Accountabilities

Analyze and evaluate Supply department KPIs and identify continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct department risk assessments and formulate mitigation plans.
Identify improvements to supply procedures and coordinate updates or process changes.
Evaluate the cost benefits of process enhancements.
Implement cost-effective, fit-for-risk process changes to improve supply-chain performance.
Lead process improvement initiatives with end users, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Participate in or act as a Centre of Excellence focal point during peer reviews, internal and external audits, and Table of Financial Authority changes.
Maintain controls, identify exposures, and mitigate gaps.
Provide expert recommendations and analysis on QatarEnergy LNG Management System-related work.
Coordinate with relevant Supply stakeholders.
