Role Description

  • The Supply Chain Specialist is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work and flexibility to work from home.
  • This role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing supply chain activities related to events, programs, and operational needs, including vendor management, procurement, and logistics.
  • The role also involves analyzing supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing reports to inform decision making.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills.
  • Inventory Management and related control and tracking skills.
  • Effective Communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating data, performance metrics, and process improvements.
  • Experience with sustainable or climate conscious procurement and logistics is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with supply chain tools or ERP systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage part time hours effectively.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field is preferred.
