- Coordinate and optimize supply chain activities related to events, programs, and operational needs
- Manage vendor management, procurement, and logistics
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure materials and resources are available on time and within budget
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations and resolve supply issues
- Analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and prepare reports
Requirements
- Strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills
- Inventory Management and related control and tracking skills
- Effective Communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating data, performance metrics, and process improvements
- Experience with sustainable or climate conscious procurement and logistics is an advantage
- Familiarity with supply chain tools or ERP systems is desirable
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage part time hours effectively
- Relevant degree or diploma in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- The Supply Chain Specialist is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work and flexibility to work from home.
- This role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing supply chain activities related to events, programs, and operational needs, including vendor management, procurement, and logistics.
- The role also involves analyzing supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing reports to inform decision making.
