Role Description
- The Production Specialist is a part time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the production of events, workshops, and digital content aligned with Chapter Zero UAE’s climate governance mission.
- Day to day activities include scheduling and managing production timelines, preparing materials and resources, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and ensuring all outputs meet quality standards.
- The Production Specialist will support live and virtual events, oversee logistics and technical requirements, and help streamline processes to improve efficiency.
- The role also involves documenting procedures, supporting training activities related to production workflows, and reporting on production performance and improvements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management, with experience organizing events, programs, or content delivery.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Control, ensuring materials, events, and outputs meet defined standards and brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess experience in Training related to production processes, supporting colleagues and partners in following workflows and best practices.
- Relevant experience in event production, program coordination, or media/content production is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a hybrid work environment are required.
- Familiarity with climate, sustainability, or governance topics is an advantage, as is prior experience working with nonprofits or membership organizations.
- Proficiency in common digital productivity tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., project management software, virtual meeting tools) is expected.
