Beam Therapeutics is a biotechnology company developing precision genetic medicines through gene editing, delivery, and internal manufacturing capabilities.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain SAP Co-op joins Beam’s growing Supply Chain team from January through June 2027.

The role improves supply chain processes through clear process mapping and engaging SAP training content.

The co-op develops user-friendly resources that improve process efficiency and upskill SAP users.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain supply chain process maps using Microsoft Visio.
Transform SAP training content into concise instructional videos and job aids.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to gather process information.
Organize and maintain SAP training materials and process documentation.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a BA or MA degree in supply chain management, business, operations, industrial engineering, information systems, or a related field.
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, learning ability, and cross-functional collaboration are required.
SAP, ERP, Microsoft Visio, process mapping, and instructional content experience are preferred.
Applicants must remain enrolled in a degree-granting college or university program throughout the internship.

Workplace Schedule

The role follows a hybrid work schedule and requires onsite attendance four to five days per week.

Compensation

Co-op hourly pay ranges from $23 to $34 USD.
Hourly pay is determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, and education.
