Position Overview

Document Control and Training

• Support quality system expertise and GMP compliance for external collaborations.
• Support drafting and review of SOPs and related GMP documents.
• Participate in Veeva process improvement and broader Quality Systems projects.
• Assess and clean up Veeva document metadata and organize document archives.
• Assist with paper archive tracking and site logbook cleanup.
• Create person records, assign learner roles, and run Veeva and SuccessFactors reports.
• Create micro-learning trainings and process-area flow charts.
• Support curriculum review, learner-role consolidation, and document retention activities.

Supplier Management

• Support BEAM-101 and BEAM-302 supplier commercialization activities.
• Assess vendor qualification status and complete supplier qualification documentation in Veeva.
• Support reassessment of approximately 282 existing forms and records and create replacement assessments when needed.
• Align supplier risk assessments and vendor classifications and document commercial-readiness status.
• Support SCN intake, assessment, tracking, follow-up, and associated change controls.
• Track supplier audit responses and CAPAs, overdue commitments, supporting evidence, and closure documentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA in biotechnology, bioengineering, biochemistry, or a related field.
• A solid academic foundation in science and laboratory coursework is expected.
• Prior industry internship or academic laboratory research experience is preferred.
• Applicants should be curious, motivated to learn, organized, collaborative, and effective communicators.
• Applicants must remain enrolled in a degree-granting college or university program throughout the co-op.
• The role follows a hybrid schedule and requires onsite attendance four to five days per week.

Compensation

• The co-op hourly pay range is $23 to $30 USD.
• Hourly pay is determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, and education.
