Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and audit-ready records.
- Maintain approval matrices and three-way matching controls.
- Manage warehouse zoning, 5S discipline, tagging, and labelling.
- Track live stock in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with no off-system inventory.
- Schedule cycle counts, complete inventory updates, and investigate variances.
- Align with Project Directors, Project Managers, and Construction Managers so supply does not become the critical path.
- Manage vendor partnerships, framework agreements, benchmarked pricing, and supplier performance.
- Manage fleet utilization and fuel dashboards, maintenance scheduling, and cost-per-vehicle reporting.
Requirements
- Have 8 or more years of experience in construction or manufacturing supply chain.
- Have strong Saudi market vendor knowledge.
- Have hands-on warehouse and inventory management experience, including 5S, tagging systems, and cycle counting.
- Have ERP-driven procurement control experience.
- Have fleet or logistics management experience with dashboard-based reporting.
- Demonstrate cost-reduction results and strong negotiation experience with local and international suppliers.
- Be comfortable operating independently or with one to two coordinators in a function-building role.
- Be bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central experience is a strong plus.
- Import and customs experience is preferred.
