Responsibilities
- Drive simplification and efficiency across the supply chain using 6Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen
- Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Support end to end process mapping, SOP harmonization, and standardization
- Maintain visibility and trend analysis of supply chain deviations, complaints, and CAPAs
- Coordinate strategic transformation projects, governance routines, and action tracking
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) process performance
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, databases, and KPIs
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives utilizing AI tools, Copilot, and ERP interfaces
Requirements
- 8–10 years in operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, PMO, or business process management roles
- Experience within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing, or strictly regulated environments preferred
- Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt considered a strong advantage
- Proficient with KPI reporting, data analysis, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and AI/Copilot tools
- Ability to challenge complexity, simplify cross functional processes, and manage diverse stakeholders

Overview
- We are seeking a structured, disciplined, and proactive Supply Chain Process & Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digital transformation across our end to end supply chain organization (Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Planning, and Distribution).

Key Responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement & OpEx: Drive simplification and efficiency across the supply chain using 6Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Process Mapping & Transformation: Support end to end process mapping, SOP harmonization, and standardization to foster a data driven improvement culture.
- Deviation, CAPA & Process Review: Maintain visibility and trend analysis of supply chain deviations, complaints, and CAPAs, collaborating closely with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
- Governance & Project Management: Coordinate strategic transformation projects, governance routines, action tracking, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) process performance.
- Reporting, Analytics & Automation: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, databases, and KPIs. Support digital transformation and automation initiatives utilizing AI tools, Copilot, and ERP interfaces.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 8–10 years in operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, PMO, or business process management roles.
- Industry Background: Experience within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing, or strictly regulated environments is preferred (knowledge of GDP/GMP systems is a strong advantage).
- Methodologies: Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is considered a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with KPI reporting, data analysis, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and a comfort combining traditional Lean methods with AI/Copilot tools to drive digital transformation.
- Core Competencies: Ability to challenge complexity, simplify cross functional processes, and manage diverse stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
