- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives utilizing AI tools, Copilot, and ERP interfaces

Role Overview
- We are seeking a structured, disciplined, and proactive Supply Chain Process & Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digital transformation across our end to end supply chain organization (Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Planning, and Distribution).
- If you are an expert in combining traditional Lean/Six Sigma methodologies with modern AI and automation tools to eliminate operational complexity, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive simplification and efficiency across the supply chain using 6Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Support end to end process mapping, SOP harmonization, and standardization to foster a data driven improvement culture.
- Maintain visibility and trend analysis of supply chain deviations, complaints, and CAPAs, collaborating closely with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate strategic transformation projects, governance routines, action tracking, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) process performance.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, databases, and KPIs. Support digital transformation and automation initiatives utilizing AI tools, Copilot, and ERP interfaces.
