About the Role
Norsat International seeks a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and business systems within a manufacturing environment.
The role involves data analysis, process improvement, and ERP system support to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and optimization of warehouse and inventory systems.
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, test plans, and system specifications.
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for ERP/MRP platforms.
- Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain inventory and operational data integrity.
- Develop and track data quality and reporting metrics.
- Partner with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve system and operational issues.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
