Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Oversee procurement activities, supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations
- Monitor inventory performance and implement initiatives to reduce stock shortages and excess
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
- Track and analyze supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with Sales, E Commerce, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development teams
- Develop risk mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and international trade regulations
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain management including demand planning, procurement, and logistics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations
