- Own end to end production planning across the full product range.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Maintain rolling production forecast aligned with sales projections.
- Source and qualify ingredient suppliers.
- Lead bottle architecture transition to new formats.
- Own master inventory across all channels.
- Operate order to delivery flow for all channels.
- Manage logistics partnerships and customs compliance.
- Define and maintain quality standards for finished product.
- Own and improve operational systems including ERP.
- Hire and develop supply chain and production team members.
Requirements
- Experience in production planning, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of fulfillment, logistics, and quality control processes.
- Ability to build and lead operational teams.
