Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end recruitment for all hires.
- Design and operate onboarding programs.
- Administer compensation including payroll, benefits, and end of service gratuity.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and maintain employment documentation.
- Track and manage Saudization ratio against Nitaqat program requirements.
- Establish and operate performance management processes.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and employee handbook.
- Support organizational culture and team development.
- Implement and operate HR information systems.
- Provide HR reporting to CEO including headcount and retention metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in HR management including recruitment, compensation, and compliance.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
- Ability to build HR systems and processes for a growing organization.
