- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Oversee procurement activities, supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations
- Monitor inventory performance and implement initiatives to reduce stock shortages and excess inventory
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for import/export activities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
- Track and analyze supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with Sales, E Commerce, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development teams
- Develop risk mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and international trade regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- 5 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS preferred

- Oversee procurement activities, supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor inventory performance and implement initiatives to reduce stock shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS are preferred.
- 5 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
