Role Overview
The role oversees end-to-end logistics operations, supplier relationships, inventory levels, and timely delivery across multiple regions.
The position requires supply chain coordination experience and a proven record of cost reduction strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers on terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses to prevent stockouts and minimize excess holding costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align on demand forecasts.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is required.
- Proficiency in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization tools is required.
- Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance, cost structures, and risk factors are required.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation management, and customs compliance is required.
- Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles is preferred.
Compensation
- The payout is $55 to $100 per hour.
