Works with operations to set, track, and execute daily and weekly goals for your assigned work centers that take into account personnel and equipment constraints but support overall rate targets (KPI)

Facilitates corporate purchasing and materials initiatives,including common part numbers, supplier-managed inventory, consolidated purchasing agreements, supplier reduction, and supplier quality certifications
Conducts performance review, corrective action, and goal setting for direct reports
Provides career development, mentoring, and succession planning
Maintains AS9100, ISO9001 standards for ITAR-compliant facility
Culture and Talent Development - Champion the Winchester culture and set clear goals and expectations
Works with a global network of suppliers, with a focus on long-term relationship building, capacity planning, and analysis for production based on demand and timeliness
Leads by example, holds people accountable, and utilizes data to make informed decisions
Effectively partners with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Quality, leadership, employees, vendors, and customers to have a positive impact on the organization
Provide administrative and hands-on support as needed to the department to ensure efficient operations
Leads and promotes Continuous Improvement events and activities
Defines, modifies, or improves product flow to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Focuses on driving Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity
