Responsibilities
- Develop international sourcing strategies and identify new foodservice and FMCG products
- Plan inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory
- Coordinate import shipments, logistics activities, customs clearance, and on time product delivery
- Manage supplier communications, purchase orders, supplier performance, and procurement activities
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce sourcing, logistics, and inventory costs
- Prepare operational and inventory reports and coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and warehouse teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, procurement, or food logistics
- Experience in food distribution is must
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Hands on, proactive, and willing to work in warehouse and cold storage environment

- PFI is a growing food logistics and solutions provider serving the HoReCa sector in Qatar.
- We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Executive to become one of our team and play a key role in building our supply chain operations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop international sourcing strategies, identify new foodservice and FMCG products, and build strategic supplier partnerships.
- Plan inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels.
- Coordinate import shipments, logistics activities, customs clearance, and on time product delivery.
