Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering)
- Identify and acquire new customers for beef, lamb, and premium meat products
- Conduct regular customer visits, tastings, and product presentations
- Follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive chefs, purchasing managers, and foodservice buyers
- Support supplier coordination and commercial follow up activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Assist management in identifying new product opportunities and market niches
- Support the daily commercial and operational activities of the Meat Division
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in meat sales, foodservice sales, or food distribution
- Proven experience selling beef, lamb, or premium food products directly to HoReCa customers
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Deep knowledge of meat cuts, grading systems, and specifications (highly preferred)
- Hands on experience with premium meat products (e.g., Angus, Wagyu) (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of food costing, yield, portion control (highly preferred)
- Background working with meat importers, foodservice distributors, or premium food suppliers (highly preferred)

About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven professional to support the growth of our Meat Division.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and coordinating daily commercial activities related to beef, lamb, and premium meat products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering).

Mandatory Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in meat sales, foodservice sales, or food distribution.
- Proven experience selling beef, lamb, or premium food products directly to HoReCa customers.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
Highly Preferred
- Deep knowledge of meat cuts, grading systems, and specifications.
- Hands on experience with premium meat products (e.g., Angus, Black Angus, Wagyu, Grain Fed, Grass Fed, CAB).
- Strong understanding of food costing, yield, portion control, and culinary requirements within the foodservice industry.
- Background working with meat importers, foodservice distributors, or premium food suppliers.
