Role Overview
Rynvora is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to support supply chain activities, coordinate operational processes and help optimize the flow of materials and products.
The role is intended for a supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory management or operations professional in an international remote environment.
Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
- The role is full-time and involves collaboration with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day supply chain and operational activities.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Operations, Planning and Customer Support teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers and service providers regarding deliveries.
- Track purchase orders, shipments and delivery schedules.
- Maintain supply chain records, reports, operational documentation and document-control procedures.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards and management updates.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and operational performance.
