Role overview
Halvion is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead major programs and ensure delivery against organizational objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The position focuses on complex initiatives across Operations, Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, and other functions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for organizational programs.
- Define objectives, scope, priorities, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop program strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Oversee multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Establish governance structures, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Manage budgets, resources, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
- Lead steering committees, program reviews, and executive status meetings.
- Monitor KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and benefits realization.
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, vendors, contractors, and strategic partners.
