Role Overview
The Compensation & Benefits Executive supports the administration, analysis, and improvement of employee compensation and benefits programs.
The role collaborates with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Talent Management, Operations, vendors, and employees.

Compensation Responsibilities
- Administer compensation programs and maintain accurate salary records.
- Coordinate salary changes, promotions, adjustments, allowances, and annual salary reviews.
- Prepare compensation reports and analysis.
- Assist with salary benchmarking and market compensation research.
- Support job evaluation, salary grading, salary structures, and pay ranges.
- Coordinate salary information with Finance and Payroll.
- Review payroll inputs for allowances, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
Benefits and Vendor Responsibilities
- Administer benefits programs and maintain enrollment and eligibility records.
