- Support intra day management of transportation capacities by monitoring dashboards and deploying changes
- Collect and analyze data to support business growth with innovative and automated solutions
- Work on scaling up processes by identifying and implementing available tools/automation
- Rollout best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses
- Utilize problem solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences
- Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups) or applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- Experience within e commerce or Retail fields (preferred)
- Experience creating and delivering written and oral communications for technical and non technical audiences (preferred)
- Experience with SQL and Python scripting (preferred)
- Experience with AI/ML technologies (preferred)

Description

- The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain.
Key job responsibilities
- Support the intra day management of transportation capacities. Monitor multiple dashboards and receive change requests from partner teams.
- Deploy requested changes within set SLA with high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a high bar on attention to detail, ensuring all requested changes are accurately and fully completed.
- Flexible to work in different shift structures including Night Shifts and Weekends.
