Experience and Qualifications

• Requires 1–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, coordination, logistics, materials planning, procurement operations, or related functions.
• A diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, logistics, operations, industrial engineering, business, or a related discipline is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent may be considered with relevant work experience where permitted.
• Freight forwarding or import/export logistics experience is preferred.
• Exposure to inventory planning, transportation coordination, or warehouse operations is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Requires knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and materials planning.
• Requires MIS reporting and data analysis experience.
• Requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills for operational data analysis.
• ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP are preferred.
• Understanding of transportation management systems and shipment monitoring is desirable.
• Requires familiarity with purchase orders, planning attributes, EDI, and Kanban processes.
• Requires knowledge of lead time management, route mapping, transit issue resolution, and logistics coordination.
• Requires understanding of inventory optimization, PFEP concepts, and supply chain KPIs.
• Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools are advantageous.
