Role Overview
Acts as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts and manages the end-to-end customer order lifecycle.
Coordinates with customers, distribution centers, manufacturing locations, and cross-functional teams to fulfil and ship orders within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer setup, order entry and modification, fulfilment, escalations, and applicable logistics activities.
- Process orders accurately, provide documentation, maintain customer communication, and meet service-level requirements.
- Research complex inquiries, resolve order issues, document escalations, and maintain interaction records in company systems.
- Coordinate export and shipping documentation and support resolution of quality-related customer issues.
- Prepare reports, support customer visits, apply order management policies and metrics, and contribute to process improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Some relevant experience with intermediate-level knowledge in customer order management, account management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Understand order lifecycle processes, order processing systems, customer inquiries, order exceptions, fulfilment, and shipment.
- Know Customer Order Management policies, Quality Management Systems, export policies, and shipping documentation.
