Role Overview
The role is an integral part of the Customer Supply Chain for Middle East and North Africa markets.
The position focuses on supply chain coordination, execution, commercial supply support, and continuous improvement.
Supply Chain Coordination and Execution
- Support end-to-end supply chain operations across MENA markets.
- Coordinate supply requirements among commercial teams, customer service, manufacturing sites, and distribution partners.
- Monitor order execution to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.
- Track supply constraints, shortages, and risks and communicate mitigation plans.
- Support regional supply reviews and operational planning activities.
Commercial Supply Support
- Translate commercial requirements into clear supply chain actions.
- Provide product availability and supply-risk visibility to commercial stakeholders.
- Support business continuity by escalating and coordinating supply issues promptly.
- Assist with special business opportunities and strategic supply initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in Supply Chain Excellence initiatives.
- Support standard work, performance management routines, and process enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational discipline.
