Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Aerospace) or in Supply Chain / Operations Management ; an engineering background is strongly preferred given the technical nature of the role.
2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or vendor management, ideally in aerospace, defence , electronics, precision manufacturing, or another high-reliability hardware domain.
Demonstrated experience onboarding new vendors or building supplier pipelines from the ground up is a strong advantage.
Exposure to the space, satellite, or deep-tech hardware ecosystem is a plus but not mandatory; a genuine willingness to learn the technical domain is essential.
Strong attention to detail in tracking orders, costs, and supplier performance; comfortable working with spreadsheets, ERP/procurement tools, and structured data.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, resource-constrained startup environment and takes end-to-end responsibility for outcomes.
Clear communicator who can bridge engineering, quality, finance, and external vendors, and translate between technical and commercial languages.
