- Manage the vehicle logistics operation and processes of brands in the Middle East region
- Manage the monthly vehicle invoicing of brands
- Ensure proper documentation procedure to clear vehicles by Importers
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in the US & Europe for smooth logistics operation
- Maintain and improve reports to support weekly and monthly submission for the department
- Support the Compound & Logistics manager for any compound related activity
- Provide interim support to order management for timely submission of vehicle orders
- Support the overall Dubai compound operation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
- More than 5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, sales operations
- Knowledge in customs, insurance, logistics process and documentation
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency
- SAP Experience
- Knowledge in Incoterm
- Automotive background is a plus

Position Overview
- This position will be responsible for managing invoicing and logistics for U.S. brands, as well as supporting compound operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the vehicle logistics operation and processes of brands in the Middle East region.
- Manage the monthly vehicle invoicing of brands.
- Ensure the proper documentation procedure is done to clear the vehicles by the Importers.
- Coordinate with multiple stake holders in the US & Europe for a smooth logistics operation.
- Maintain and improve the reports to support the weekly and monthly submission for the department.
