Overview
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Note: Only Saudi national female candidates will be considered for this role.
- This is a shift-based role with working hours of either 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
- Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per hour
