About the Role
Bamboo Card is seeking a Supplier Relationship Lead to own supplier relationships, performance, and commercial accountability within the Purchasing pillar. The role involves managing SLAs, resolving disputes, and ensuring supplier failures are escalated and recovered quickly.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day supplier relationships
- Maintain the supplier contact matrix and supplier documentation with agreed terms
- Track and report supplier SLA performance against agreed benchmarks
- Coordinate recurring business reviews with major suppliers
- Support new supplier onboarding
- Report supplier risks to Head of Purchasing
- Escalate supplier failures and unresolved issues through the correct channels
- Negotiate replacements, refunds, credit notes and compensation from suppliers
- Maintain backup supplier database and map critical brands to secondary suppliers
- Identify supplier concentration risk and recommend mitigation
- Work with CX and Delivery Operations on recurring supplier related issues
- Maintain structured supplier issue tracker
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years experience in supplier management, vendor relations or procurement
- Prior experience in the gift card, digital gifting, e commerce or prepaid voucher industry
- Proven experience managing multiple active supplier relationships and resolving commercial disputes
- Experience negotiating refunds, credit notes and replacements directly with suppliers
- Experience maintaining supplier scorecards, contact matrices and performance documentation
- Strong negotiation and commercial communication skills

Role Overview
- The Supplier Relationship Lead owns supplier relationships, supplier performance, escalation and commercial accountability within the Purchasing pillar.
- This role is the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing SLAs, resolving disputes, maintaining backup supplier coverage and ensuring supplier failures are escalated and recovered quickly.
- Customer Support captures issues; this role owns supplier communication and commercial resolution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years experience in supplier management, vendor relations or procurement (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in the gift card, digital gifting, e commerce or prepaid voucher industry (Mandatory)
- Proven experience managing multiple active supplier relationships and resolving commercial disputes (Mandatory)
