Role Overview

  • We are looking for a people first and commercially aware People & Culture Manager to lead Bamboo Card's people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in HR, People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing full cycle recruitment across multiple departments and seniority levels.
  • Experience working in startups, fintech, or fast growing environments is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people priorities simultaneously in a fast paced setting.
  • Experience supporting performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and HR policy development.
  • Strong track record of working closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end to end recruitment processes across all departments.
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience: Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration.
  • People Operations: Support day to day people processes including employee documentation and HR coordination.
  • Performance Coordination: Design and coordinate performance review cycles and feedback processes.
  • Culture & Engagement: Develop and champion initiatives that strengthen company culture.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Partner closely with CEO and senior leadership to align people strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR professional qualification is a strong advantage.
