Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier qualification, audits, and performance evaluations
- Manage quality assurance activities for Solar PV components, steel structures, cables, electrical equipment, and tracker systems
- Review and approve quality documents, inspection plans, and test reports
- Coordinate FAI, FAT, PDI, and supplier inspections
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, and other quality tools
- Monitor supplier quality KPIs, NCRs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC standards, and client requirements
- Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Project teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements
- Experience in supplier quality engineering for Solar PV projects
- Knowledge of Solar PV components, steel structures, cables, electrical equipment, and tracker systems
- Experience with quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why
- Ability to conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations
- Familiarity with IEC standards and client requirements
- Experience with FAI, FAT, PDI, and supplier inspections
