Position Overview We are a fast-growing hardware startup seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supplier Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this critical role, you will drive supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and scalability.

You’ll work closely with the supply base and , Product Development, providing Manufacturing and process expertise to ensure suppliers meet our rigorous requirements and continuously improve business and manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully launching new products, sustaining current products, collaborating with Contract Manufacturers, and expertise in multiple manufacturing methods, particularly metal/plastic machining, plastic injection molding (PIM), and metal injection molding (MIM).

You’ll help evaluate, select, and develop suppliers while optimizing processes to drive performance and cost reductions.

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts with suppliers, ensuring successful product launches.
• Drive continuous improvements in supplier scalability, cost management, and product quality.
• Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews and apply data-driven methodologies (SPC, DOE) to optimize processes and manufacturing methods.
