The role strengthens supplier performance, supply chain capabilities, and long-term supplier partnerships.
The position works with Procurement, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop supplier strategies and identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop suppliers.
- Assess supplier capabilities, capacity, quality systems, production processes, and operational performance.
- Monitor quality, cost, delivery, responsiveness, and service performance using metrics, scorecards, and KPIs.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions and conduct supplier assessments, audits, reviews, and evaluations.
- Support negotiations on cost, quality, capacity, lead times, and commercial requirements.
- Identify cost reduction, process improvement, productivity, and supply chain optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate across Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Logistics, and Finance.
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, risk management, business continuity, capacity planning, and resilience.
- Analyze supplier data, market trends, pricing movements, and industry developments.
- Prepare improvement plans, reports, presentations, and management updates and measure realized benefits.
