Supplier Development Co-ordinator

Represent Supplier Development within NPI projects.

Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Procurement teams to ensure supplier requirements, specifications and timelines are clearly defined.

Track tooling, sample submissions, first article inspections, validation activities and supplier production readiness.

Ensure supplier-related actions are completed ahead of key project milestones and product launches.

New suppliers onboarded and qualified within agreed timelines.

Second-source projects successfully progressed through to production approval.

Supplier readiness achieved in line with NPI and integration milestones.

Reduced project delays caused by incomplete supplier qualification activities.

Improved supply chain resilience through the implementation of alternative supply sources.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience working within Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Operations or a related manufacturing environment.

Previous experience supporting supplier onboarding, supplier qualification or supplier development activities.

Strong project coordination, planning and organisational skills.

Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace or automotive.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and project or task management tools.

A qualification or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline would be advantageous.
