Own the demand planning and forecasting process for your assigned region
Partner with regional Sales teams to understand market activity, customer demand and growth opportunities
Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate constructive forecasting discussions
Review, challenge and refine forecasts to improve accuracy and identify potential risks or opportunities
Analyse market trends, product performance and business data to support planning decisions
Maintain regional planning data, ensuring accuracy and consistency within forecasting tools and reports
Develop business cases to support inventory and instrument investment decisions
Present forecasting performance and key planning metrics during monthly review meetings
Monitor forecast accuracy and implement actions to improve planning effectiveness
Support product launches, product transitions and other business initiatives impacting demand
Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across planning activities
Contribute to process improvements that enhance forecasting reliability and business insight
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Demand planning/analysing, forecasting, Supply Chain planning, Sales & Operations planning (S&OP) or a related role
Experience working closely with commercial teams and supporting market-led forecasting activities
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
Confidence to challenge forecast assumptions and drive data-based conversations
