Position Summary
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems involving computer software and systems.
Provide technical guidance, recommendations, application support, user account management, and telecommunications coordination.
Support team performance, employee development, quality standards, and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement process improvements and operate computer and peripheral equipment.
- Maintain application programs, user accounts, and records of data communication transactions, issues, resolutions, and installations.
- Train users on hardware and software and coordinate telecommunications planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Support team goals, respond to employee concerns, protect company assets, and follow company policies and quality standards.
- Use computers and POS systems, communicate professionally, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
- At least two years of related work experience is preferred.
