Position Information

Kitchen and Service Duties
- Supervise and coordinate cooks and the kitchen brigade.
- Determine food plating and create food decorations.
- Ensure appropriate portions, plating, and garnishes during service.
- Monitor food preparation quantities and notify the food service team about removed menu items and available specials.
- Prepare special dishes or substitute ingredients and assist cooks with various tasks.
- Provide items needed by cooks and monitor kitchen supplies and food inventory.
- Maintain kitchen logs for food safety programs and food items.
- Ensure food quality and report products that do not meet specifications.
Team and Safety Duties
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, disciplining, motivating, and supporting employees.
- Follow company safety and security policies and report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions.
