Role Overview
The Hotel Cleanliness Expert, also referred to in the description as a Guest Environment Expert, maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
The role supports a memorable guest experience through housekeeping functions, guest requests, and hands-on work.
Housekeeping Duties
- Deliver guest requests and support a positive guest experience.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Work Standards
- Ensure a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Remain on foot and move around for extended periods as required.
Physical Requirements
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Perform a hands-on approach to housekeeping work involving standing, sitting, walking, and manual handling.
