Position Summary
Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel while helping create a memorable guest experience.
Performs a broad range of housekeeping functions, including guest requests, cart stocking, room cleaning, and public-space cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests and support a positive guest experience.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
- Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Role Requirements
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Remain on foot and move around for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
