Emirates Global Aluminium seeks a Security Supervisor to implement policies, ensure compliance, and manage daily operations. The role involves conducting investigations, maintaining security systems, and promoting security awareness.
Responsibilities
- Implement approved departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls across the assigned area of operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procedural and legislative requirements.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering security training programs.
- Promote security awareness to reduce the frequency and severity of security-related incidents.
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance and testing of all security protection systems.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections and security assessments.
- Identify areas of non-compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.
- Recommend corrective actions to improve security compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable local regulations and internationally recognized security standards.
