Responsibilities
- Ensure scheduled shipments are arrived and parked in designated areas, and carry out proper checking while opening trucks/containers
- Receive goods with focus on quantity matching purchase order, quality, production/expiry dates and batches
- Ensure import consignment product samples are available for Municipality Inspections
- Follow up on PO/other discrepancies and ensure all receiving processes are completed
- Ensure all stocks are stacked properly at designated areas/storage bins/sites
- Segregate picklists and forward to deployed pickers as per schedule
- Cross check each pick list for accuracy on product, quantity, batch, date, and condition
- Ensure goods are loaded with complete accuracy and in good condition
- Ensure goods picked and delivered on time
- Ensure goods are loaded in a way that prevents damage during transport
- Ensure all loaded picklists are invoiced and trip sheets are maintained
- Report to inventory team with details of discrepancies to rectify
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse supervision and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of inventory management and quality control
- Familiarity with HACCP and QHSE standards

Additional Duties
- Report to inventory team with details of discrepancies to rectify
- Ensure all returned stocks are properly moved to actual storage bin on time
- Ensure all loose pieces are packed and stored in proper cartons
- Check and ensure all short expiry, expired, and damaged stocks are actioned on time
- Check and ensure QHSE log sheets for temperature are maintained and updated timely for all warehouses
- Inventory replenishment from bulk warehouse shed to main warehouse picking location
- Ensure all inventory discrepancies such as batch, quantity, storage location are updated on time in the system
- Warehouse space management
- Maintain complete cleanliness within the warehouse premise, ensure all HACCP and QHSE requirements are met
