About the Role
T.Choithram & Sons LLC is hiring a Merchandiser to maintain trade relationships, ensure product availability and visibility, and manage in-store execution. The role requires adherence to journey plans, call sequences, and KPIs related to availability and display implementation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain harmonious PR with trade and provide prompt customer service
- Achieve set KPIs on Availability and Visibility
- Proactively manage near expiry and damage items following FIFO
- Execute display drives promptly
- Ensure all round availability of listed SKUs with adequate stock pressure
- Manage trade returns within agreed levels
- Highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date
- Implement visibility contracts and report deviance
- Report competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends
- Participate and share survey findings
- Comply with daily reporting timing and duty hours
- Proactively service new outlets opening

- 100% compliance to journey plans
- 100% adherence to agreed call sequence and call objectives
- Achieve set KPIs on Availability, Visibility (BDA implementation / share of space)
- Proactive management of near expiry and damage items in line with company policy, 100% follow FIFO
- Prompt execution of all display drives
- Ensure all round availability of listed SKU’s in every outlet with adequate stock pressure
- Manage trade returns within agreed levels
- Highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior)
- Ensure 100% implementation of visibility contracts and promptly report deviance
- Report competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends
- Participate and share survey findings (price, competition, category etc)
